Today i have the honor of sharing this great collaboration between the already well known ØDYSSEE in-house member and i want to present everyone to Florent Garcia who’s an absolute talent with the guitar and major influence on the YouTube platform to a lot of people – both helping with productions but also doing in-depth analyzements on the music scene.
Who is Florent Garcia?
When I was 11, after a classical education cycle, I made the decision to give up music because I found the teaching tedious, for ultimately disappointing results. It was of course without counting on the fact that a few months later I was going to discover Iron Maiden, AC/DC, and Kiss albums that my father was going to bring home. That’s when I realized the extent of my mistake, it wasn’t the music that was the problem, but the way I worked it!
I spent all my savings to treat myself to a beautiful Squier guitar, and I did everything to improve on my own, in my own way. I never left music or guitar again, although finding a way to progress and improve constantly was not always easy. It is largely to avoid these difficulties for you, and to pass on to you what worked for me that I carried out these courses.
Music should never be associated with these two words: tedious and binding! This is what makes the difference between working an instrument and playing an instrument.
This collaboration is a dedication from ØDYSSEE from the time being in Paris, France – to a new chapter in his life moving to Rotterdam, Netherlands.
